 Torque ApplicationSpecial software based on an application that used our panel mount gauge measuring pressure/torque. The software allows inputs for multiple torque parameters to let the user know if the correct value was within specification. Everything was recorded and a test report was generated for each flange under test saving a ton of time and money. The app automatically recorded sessions based on the ramp up of pressure and release. All the data was uploaded to the cloud immediately after the tester pressed complete on the phone. A full test report could be created within minutes showing the results of each tube and max pressure hold. Eliminated the use of Excel and hours of sorting data to determine a pass or fail. |

Gauge was hidden inside the truck and connected via Bluetooth. A live graph and digital gauge was displayed on a 8" Galaxy tablet. Target pressure was defined and adjusted for each test performed. |

This feature saved them a ton of time testing and elimination of a stopwatch or cell phone timer. We later rolled it into our standard gauge firmware for all customers. |
